STEP 2: Punching

2. Find the required banding matched with the board according to the requirements of drawings and task list, then install them on the machine

4. Check whether the temperature is reached to 180 degrees. After reaching to 180 degree, open the machine switch, started working in banding edge.
5. The assistant worker should check the brightness and firmness of finished board. If banding is too long for the board, workers shall refine it by hand. After the whole operation, clean up the board and set them on the pallet in order.
6. Fill in production chart and label, and check the quantity, type, sent them to semi-finished products inspection area for check.

2. Place the carve workpiece on the workbench for carving.
3. Choose and install the corresponding carving knife from the knife box according to the requirement of the carving craft, start the program, and start carving.

3. Set the preheating temperature. Adjust machine to be ready for work.
4. After dry, put board on the machine, pay attention to clean up the surface dust to prevent the occurrence of pitting and particles in the surface.
5. Put the required PVC, start thermo foil. The step is close mould—dry PVC –vacuum press –release vacuum press –release press –take off mould –finish
6. Carefully after discharge to be good membrane sheet metal into the trimming table, neatly packed into pallets for trimming.
7. After Trimming the finished product, check whether there is wrinkling, pay attention to any possible scratch.
8. Check the quantity, and fill item number, quantity, PI no. And color in the production chart, send to the inspection area for check.

STEP 6: Assembly
1: Open The Package
1. Open the packing and figure out the number of products, if the word "5-1" are printed on the carton, it means the products is five cases in a total, then count the number first;
2. Open the carton packag, put the hardware pack into a separate container and count alone, in case of losing;
3. Read The installation drawing carefully, count all panel.
2: Separate Panel
1. Place the panel separately for better checking the number and corresponding installation;
2. Prepare a cross screwdriver.
3: Installation Of Drawer Slides
1. Take out the slide rail and sides;
2. According to the mounting holes on the side panel, screw 8 mm flat head screw in to the hole.
4: Install Fittings
1. Remove the combination screw (including discus and screw, screw respectively, such as sheet metal positive or side;
2. Load the wood tenon, be careful not to repeat the corresponding hole.
5: Assembling Cabinet Body
1. Connect back board and side board by wood plug and cam lock
2. Connect bottom board and side board by wood plug and cam lock
3. Assemble hanger on the side panel
4. Assemble front panel by cam lock
6: Cabinet Body Has Been Finished
7: Assembling Drawer
1. Assemble side panel and back panel of drawer by using 25mm screw
2. Insert bottom panel of drawer
3. Assemble front panel of drawer by cam lock
4. Assemble drawer handle and insert the drawer
8: Output Drawer To Test It
9: Assemble Shelf And Door
1. Insert shelf into the cabinet
2. Assemble hinge into the round hole on the door
3. Assemble the door with side panel
10: Adjust The Door
1. Put the cabinet in the suitable place, if the place is not flat
2. Adjust screw in the hinge can keep the door on the same line
11: Assemble Is Finished
