3. Drying.

This procedure can dry every die temporarily, which will make it easy for workers to release the die in the next step.

4. Die releasing.

Here workers release every sink the die manually to ensure the product undamaged. It can check the quality at the same time.

5. Solidation.

It needs 8 hours to ensure the quality. If without this step, when the product leave the factory, it’s OK, but it has distortion when you receive it.

6. Polishing.

The polish cream will be mixed by certain rate, and the brightness of basin must be greater than 90 degree .

7. Maintenance.

Every die has one maintenance can also guarantee that products are the same in mass production to conform the uniformity.
